職位描述

1. Schedule，lead and facilitate CI projects；2. Coordinate CI activities with site management to ensure organization alignment with strategic deployment objectives；3. Coach employees in the daily use and implementation of LEAN Six Sigma principles as well as Continuous Improvement Concept；4. Audit，monitor and sustain the health of the plant CIculture by utilizing a scoring system，gap analysis and countermeasures；5 Regular report & track the status of plant CI activities，cost savings，training，certifications and events；6. Provide CI training for all employees in the plant.

招聘要求

1. At least bachelor degree；2. Demonstrated CI/Lean manufacturing experience（VSM，5S，CI，SMED & TPM，Root Cause Analysis，5 Whys，Std. Work，Kanban & Pull systems，3P，Poke Yoke）；3. More than 5 work experience in Project management and related manufacturing experience and/or training 4. Good interpersonal communication，and strong leadership and facilitation skills；5. Six Sigma experience or certification，Lean Certification and CQE Certification preferred. 6. Good at English in reading，writing and general speaking.
